The destruction that Hurricane Helene caused has had a huge impact on the entire state of North Carolina. Our hearts go out to those who were affected. As a way to help our neighbors in western NC, last Thursday, owner Wade Abbott donated 350 pairs of boots totaling approximately $50,000 that were delivered to VayaHealth in Asheville North Carolina who will distribute the footwear to those in need. The boots were delivered by Vance County Commissioner Dan Brummitt, escorted by the Vance County Sheriff’s Department. We are happy to assist and to be a part of a community that stands together.
